Are we putting too much private and personal information on the internet?
After the CEO of Google warned that future generations might have to change their names to escape their online past; Campaign Director Dylan Sharpe was invited on to Channel 4 News to debate the issue with Ollie Olanipekun from blog Better Never than Late.
I'm sure Alex and Dylan will be surprised to hear that I think the answer to this is probably "Yes", though we might disagree about what (in an ideal world) should or shouldn't be private information.

Dylan,
Two comments:
1. Your fellow guest was clearly an intelligent man and put his points across well, albeit on flawed assumptions (most MDOs of SMEs will be 50-plus in 10 years from now, not 30 as he assumes). But the problem is with the less-well grey-matter endowed. An IQ of 100 is average. Thus for every genius of IQ 150+ there is an imbecile of IQ 50-. These are the vulnerable, and I suggest all shades in between. As a corporate product manager responsible for writing user manuals I was taught "never under-estimate the stupidity of customers".
2. What in God's name did you have on your feet! Pinstripe suit + unpolished brown winkle-pickers will not get you the best dressed man of the year award!

Having an IQ of 150+ does not stop you being stupid and lacking any common sense. In fact it makes more likely that you don't have common sense.
