Party round the CCTV pole in Ilford

We have CCTV footage around our home..The problem is unless you can recognise the thief or hoodlum by the way he walks or any other distinguishing traits he or she may have, I do not see the point. A male wearing a Hoodie could be anyone.However, if it makes them feel safer in their homes thats a good thing.For me, if I do not recognise on camera who is at my door I will not answer.
